Hello Nikhil, I understand your point of view, however,
people often mistakingly cosider AI to be both answer to and better in everything, when in practice AI just automatizes more complex processes. One has to know how and where to find edge in a market (alpha) then let the Machine Learning algorithm do majority of the work with preferably minimal supervision. Actual profitable medium-to-high-frequency trading systems, even simple ones need so many different combinations of input parameters and core logic parts to be discovered that it's rarely efficient to just use the brute force even with ML, again, I'm talking about the simplest ones. You need narrower (one or more) approaches that has proven to produce consistent trading logic through past (human) experience.
